Operation Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Join the product team to ensure all product production related queries and requests are handled daily
  • Manage service requests and clients requests
  • Provide Helpdesk technical Level 2 support
  • Available and coordinate once a week night deployments
  • Handle BAU for both software and hardware
  • Coordinate with developers and BA and clients
  • Handle Hardware Change Requests

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in IT related courses
  • IT Operation support experience would be preferred
